I’m so excited to share the new edition of The ABCs of Inclusion with you. This book grew out of my journey as a parent, an advocate, and a believer in the power of stories to create change. As of today, September 30, 2025, the second edition is officially available!

What began as a way to celebrate real children with disabilities and differences has evolved into a resource that sparks conversation, builds empathy, and shows kids that everyone belongs.

I wrote this book because I believe inclusion is an ongoing practice. By giving children stories and examples they can see themselves and their peers in, we can help shape a world that celebrates differences rather than overlooks them.

This new edition brings that vision to life in even bigger ways. It features refreshed illustrations, new discussion prompts to guide conversations at home or in classrooms, and updated copy.

If you enjoy the book, I’d love it if you shared it online and link to the new edition. Sharing with your community is one of the most meaningful ways to help spread the message of inclusion and ensure more families, educators, and kids discover this book.

I hope The ABCs of Inclusion finds a meaningful place on your shelf and in your conversations. More than anything, I hope it reminds readers of all ages that every story matters, and every child deserves to be seen

Thank you all for being part of making this book possible.
