Adorable I have been following Beth and Coop for a while now. I was so excited when she decided to write a book. I have been waiting impatiently to be able to read it.I just downloaded the Ebook and read it to my almost 3 year old. It took a few letters/kids for my daughter to sit still, we haven't read an Ebook before, but by the end, she was hugging each kid! When we were done, she asked to read it again. I told her we could later. I'd really like to get her the hard copy eventually. This book was educational in respect of There were a few things I want to look up and learn more about.Overall this book is well written and the illustrations are super cute!Thank you for this!❤️Kimberly

AMAZING!!! A mom who gets it. A book that’s inclusive! One of my goals as a parents is to make the world a better place for kids to live in so When I saw Beth’s book “The ABCs of Inclusion” I could not stop smiling ear to ear! This book is an easy and informative read for all ages. Thank you Beth for bringing kids differences to the surface and giving parents a tool “book” to help educate and expose our children and families. The illustrations are beautiful and the book itself is an enjoyable read. Please consider buying this book for your children & families so we can make this world more inclusive. We need more books on the shelf like this one!!!!

Love! I cannot wait to share this book with my students and all the little ones in my life! A perfect way to introduce kiddos to a wide variety of diverse needs in a way that is easy for them to understand. I love the focus on what makes each child special (i.e. their likes and interests) in addition to describing their disabilities in an age appropriate manner.

A must have As a mental health provider, this book is amazing and a must have.I am seriously gifting it to everyone I know with children. An amazing mix of visible and invisible different abilities. And I LOVE that it is person centered using the children’s names as the ABC and not using the diagnoses as the “ABC”Again… a must have!

Great children's book My kids and I LOVE this book. They loved all the kids and we were able to talk about their differences, but also we talked about what made them great kids.I suggest this book for ALL kids. It shows them a different aspect of humanity that they may never have seen in person.

A great learning experience for kids I gave this book to my nephews, ages 4-8, and it definitely sparked their curiosity. They had lots of questions about the supportive equipment that features in this book (leg braces, wheelchairs, cochlear implants, etc) and according to their mother, a lot of good conversations came from reading this book. It was a great learning experience for them.

What a great way to expose young kids to differences! I love how well written this book was. It helps give me appropriate wording when talking about people like those featured in the book when we are out and about. I like that it teaches to ask questions and puts a positive spin on differences. The illustrations are gorgeous, and I love how this book exposes our children to different people, especially when we live in a low diversity area.

Fantastic resource for teaching kids about inclusivity I’m deaf, so books that normalize differences are so welcome in our home! This one has darling illustrations with clear descriptions of each child that may have a difference or a challenge - but also focuses on what they CAN do!

A great book! I love this book and recommend all children have access to it. We should all strive for inclusiveness among people who are different. Unique is okay and makes life interesting and fun.

Cutest Book Ever - Something needed in today's world I've been following DJ for some time. An amazing little boy. When his mom came on TikTok and promoted this book about inclusion, I had to buy it. This is an adorable book that explains differences and inclusion. In today's climate this book is needed so we raise children to accept each other and my hope is that the adults in the world read this as well and learn to accept and respect each other's differences. I highly recommend this book.

Kind Words

"It's so important for kids to understand inclusiveness at an early age and this book is a great way to introduce what are normally complex topics in simple terms for all ages! As an individual who was born with a hearing loss, I only wish this book was around when I was kid. It's engaging, the illustrations are well done and I believe every kid should read this one!"

"In her beautiful children’s book—as in her daily life—Beth is bravely and honestly using her own journey as a mother of a young deaf son to highlight the journeys of other exceptional children. Her voice of sensitivity, respect, and advocacy comes through in every carefully chosen word and engaging illustration...As an Early Intervention specialist and the wife of a Deaf adult, I am grateful for this work of Beth’s heart."

"I’ve read to each of my three kids their entire lives, and I’ve never seen a book that addresses kids with different kinds of extra needs quite like this one does. This a perfect age-appropriate tool to help children learn about friends and peers who may seem different from them, but are really so very much the same. Beautiful illustrations and informative, engaging text — I recommend it for any child!"

“Every child and classroom needs a copy of this book. Kids benefit greatly by seeing themselves represented in what they read—this book does that beautifully. It’s a great book for all kids to better understand and embrace those who have differences.”
